In 2011, Shanpu launched smart caps to solve the pain points often encountered by customers in product mechanism design.
The switches require different sizes and shapes in mechanism, and new projects have to accommodate less suitable button switches or sacrifice appearance in terms of cost and time.
Shanpu smart cap is divided into 6, 9 , 11.5 and 12 smart cap plus adapter from the size of the connector.
Each smart cap can correspond to different push button, including LED tactile, Alternate/Momentary, button switches with LED such as lock/no lock, vertical switches.
The switches and smart cap can be used interchangeably. For example, the SPF, SPH2, and SPJ series button can correspond to 6 smart cap with 23 different styles, sizes, and heights. If you add a 6 to 9 or 6 to 12 adapter, you will add 14 and 9 styles respectively.
